Has anyone heard of the terminator muffler? I was reading about it in a cataloge and of course it sounds cool in the cataloge, but what about real life? Does anyone know how it sounds? A friend of mine just ordered it because the description in the cataloge was good. I told him I would ask you guys what you knew, but he ordered it anyway. I am just curious. THanks

I'm not too sure what the terminator that goes on fbody's sounds like, but my brother and another guy i know have terminator mufflers on their cars (no cats/dual exhaust/72 chevelle/65 GTO) and its got a nice scratchy rumble to it at idle but when your hitting on the gas hard is where the sound is, just gets really loud, its hard to explain, but its definitely a unique sound and im assuming the fbody version would be quieter, ive never heard it before.. unless you are doing true dual without cats..

i had a terminator on my tpi, it had gutted cat, and dual pipes. You know what, it didnt sound too bad. My flowmaster is a little louder, but it sounds almost the same. I do like my flowmaster a little better though

I've got the terminator muffler on my machine and it sounds great. Standing at the side of the track and watching my buddy blow by at 170km/h was awesome. Everyone was aksing what I was running in there...just a 305tpi with high-flow dynomax cat!
