i have recently bought muffler and tips from a guy. it is missing the Y-pipe before the muffler, the plates, and the tips to connect to that. where can i go to get just those parts?

The only possible place to get it will be straight from Borla which will charge you a fortune if they even sell them seperately or you can have a exhaust place fab one for you. As for the tips I think you can order them from Summit.
