Long Tube Question
ok, i have SLP headers going into a Y 3" exaust and a flow 40 series muffler. im a currious if i would c a big difference if i do hooker LT's and dual exaust into 2 flow 40 series.. and possible put a cut out right after each header. i dont have a cat now.. or will with this set-up. just curious.
with 400 rearwheel HP you probably need it. I cant remember but i saw a chart about HP--->exhaust size and your right on the edge i think. Id say your exhaust is starting to become restrictive.

At least get 1 3/4 shorty headers if you don't already , you didn't specify, and 3.5'' cat-back.
I'd run duals if I were you, that's what I'm about to do.

Yea, duals are the best way to go.. thats what im gonna be doing as soon as money allows. But as for the headers, i've heard that 3rd gen cars have ground clearance problems with long tubes. Anyone know if thats true?
