Will I have any back pressure this way??

I want to run SLP 1-5/8" headers and the SLP 3" cat-back. Now i won't have any cat on there, prolly just a 3" test pipe. Will i have any back pressure or should i get a high flow cat or even a medium flow cat just to create some back pressure. You can see my list of mods in my sig. But by the time this is finished I will also have L31 Vortec heads on there too running about 9.5:1 compression. Any thoughts??

BTW: Yes, I willl also have a custonm prom

Thanks,
Lars

Never ran into this on the "new electronic" cars. On the pre-computer cars I've had not enough back pressure can be a problem. On both cars the lack of sufficient back pressure made the car feel kind of limp and lifeless until the engine was wound up above 3500 rpm. Then you could feel the engine "wake up". Installation of slightly smaller tail pipes solved the problem and made the engine responsive at low rpms.
