I've heard that switching to dual cats can really open a 305 TPI up quiet a bit. Is this true? Has anyone ever done this? Would you recommend that I do it, or it'll be a waste of time and money. I'm trying to decide whatever or not to get a cat-back system now or switch to dual cats if they open up more power. Thanks in advance.

you could try just getting a single 3" hi flo cat and could probably do that and get a cat back for about the same price as going to dual cats

Waste of money. A good 3" cat and catback flow plenty to support 300+hp, and that's about as much streetable HP as you can get out of an N/A 305.
