What system would you suggest..?

What system would you suggest..?
My exhaust system is wearing out. Considering that it is the original one from 1986, I guess it is expected 
Anyway, what system would you guys suggest for my 305TPI, it is stock except a few free mods. Should I buy new all the way or what? It is mainly the muffler in the back that is bad, but Im guessing the rest might collaps when I start messing with it?
Also, how much am I looking to spend?

I like the Flowmaster American Thunder system and the Borla cat back. The Flowmaster will run about 400 and the Borla about 600. The Borla also has the lifetime guarentee. For the way the Borla sound you really can't go wrong. This will also be a major step up performance wise.

I got the flowmaster american thunder dual outlet 3" catback... extremely pleased... to put it into perspective... after hearing my exhaust at school, 4 of my friends dumped their plans to get borla, slp, hooker catbacks for their various rides... but the sound is amazing and the performance is noticable... i got mine for $330 from jegs.. and $80 to install... extremely worth it!!

So, what do these systems consist of - do they go all the way from the manifolds and back or will I need any other pieces..?
Also, is it pretty much a perfect fit or do they have to be custom fit..?
Is the Flowmaster very loud?
Sorry about all the questions - but last time I bought a system (while I was in Europe and restored a '75) I had to cut the system in ~10 pieces and weld it back together to make it fit. So, now I really wanted something that would pretty much bolt on and give me a performance upgrade simultaneously.
