getting high flow cat, 2.5" or 3"

the rest of the system is 2.5 inches, should get the 2.5 inch cat, or would it flow better to go ahead and get a 3 inch?

If you only have a V6, I would go 2.5" to have a little more back pressure. You will have more low end power with a little more back pressure. Just my two cents.
