I have Hooker supercomp long tube headers. I had to get a custom Y-pipe made for the headers and it was a complete hack job. It goes from 2.5" to 2" then back to 2.5" (not mandrel!). I was thinking of getting the mufflex Y-pipe for 250 but is this a direct install? I heard that people have trouble getting them to align with the I-pipe and there are clearance issues. My headers do not scrape now and I do not know how much lower the Y-pipe will be. Any suggestions, mods in sig.
