Some penetrating oil, a pair of wrenches locked end to end, a big hammer, and three ripped knuckles! Have fun!

 

i had to take my old cat off to make shipping the y-pipe i was selling easier. anyway it took three people. i had to move it around, the other guy used his feet and tried to keep it on the ground and from moving, and my grandfather got the torch out and heated the metal up and used a rubber hammer to to form the metal of the cat when it was expanding... anyway about 20 minutes later i had the cat off..
