I had a leak checked out today and the mechanic said I needed a heat riser gasket, but the guy at the auto store said that w/ headers I don't have a heat riser gasket. So what exactly do I need. I believe it's leaking where one of the headers meets the y-pipe, but I could be wrong.

You need on of those little donut gaskets.

They don't list a gasket for it, but you can get one from napa, for a ford or somthing, it is a 2.5 or 2.25 inner dia, that is what I did I just look at a bunch intill I found one that fit.
