price of true dual?

Hey guys I was wondering how much your tue dual systems cost you. Also what kind of mufflers are you running? What is the difference in price of having the pipes exit before the rear tires and all the way at the rear? Is it possible to run two flowmasters somewhere before the rear and have the exhaust exit before the tires? Also are your systems using the old style of bending (crimmped) or is it mandrel bent?
thanks guys
Tom

My friend built his own out of aluminum tubing (yeah hes a *******) and used a pair of flowmaster mufflers with no catalyst, but was a true dual; as in the gas of the two pipes never crossed over eachother.

$120 for that

Well When I had my Duals installed about 2 years ago it cost me about 250$ Thats with all new pipe all the way to the rear, two 32inch glaspacks and two 2 foot chrome tips with glasspack liner. No converters. Converters would have ran me 320$ and well I dident want them anyway. That was the friend price My dads friend owns the muffler shop that did it. So your looking 400$ I dont remember how much he paid but bigblock454 just had some installed about a month ago you just need to read through the posts.

I have a dual system going on my car. I am using Spin Tech oval exhaust tubing to get ground clearnce. My car is Slammed! Just the pipe, turndowns, & collectors set me back $300. Then the mufflers I am using, were like $100 for the pair. These mufflers are sold by summit and jegs. They install inside the header collectors in my long tubes. I am making an H-crossover too. It wiil be made out of scrap pipe. Hope this helps.
