Are there any full length headers with A.I.R. and O2 sensor provisions??

I'm building a Superrammed 383, and am having issues trying to figure out what to do for exhaust. I need to keep my A.I.R. in tact and need the O2 sensor, so I was wondering if there are any full length headers that can have both of those, and I will have cats as well? My car also has a manual tranny, and I've read that some of the full lengths have clearance problems.

My other idea for exhaust would probably be SLP's (I hate that price though) dual cat setup into 3.5 inch intermediate, through a flowmaster, or something comparable. Sorry for the length, and thanks for the input.

Building a 383? How'd the bank job go?

I'd recommend more research on the full length option. If the cost of SLP's is restraining you, consider the cost of coating the full-lengths, having a y-pipe fabricated, and getting cats set up. I'm sure you'll find that bolt-in 1-3/4" primary, smog-ready SLP's will start looking very attractive.

That's why I posted this, to get some feedback about these prices, as well as if there are any full length's that have A.I.R. and O2 provisions.

Nope. All full length headers are for "off-road/racing use only", and racers don't care about being "enviromentaly friendly". You would have to modify some off the shelf headers, or have custom ones made (very $$$). Do you have to worry about emissions testing (visual and tail)? If so, your planned setup won't be legal. Your best bet is the SLP 1-3/4". If emissions testing is not an issue, then why bother? I do understand about the O2 though, as FI needs it.

Yeah, I need emissions visual and tail, guess it's SLP's then. Thanks.
