does anyone have this 3 in. exhaust mine is going on tomorrow will it sound better than the p.o.s,p.i.t.a,aluminum can sounding,rotting p.o.s. flowmaster 3in. i have now.my car sounds great from idle to 2500 nice deep grumbling after that it sounds like someone is shooting an automatic beebee rifle at my muffler.........

All I can say is that I had duals with glasspacks before and now with the 3" SLP it sounds a helluva lot better, period! I'm very happy with the sound!

 

my buddy has a 93 trans am with an slp cat-back system and it sounds *boom*(as my canadian friend would put it). It has an awesome low rumble all the way up in the RPMs, you should see an improvement in sound. I think you'll be pleased.

 

YUP! My set up is: zz4 with 1-5/8 slp headers dual hollow factory cats and an SLP catback that exists the driver side w/dual pipes. SOUNDS DEEP AND MEAN! I do miss the dual exhaust look though....
