Tubes off of the exhaust manifolds

Tubes off of the exhaust manifolds
I'm sure this has been covered somewhere here. My question is can I and how do I do away with these tubes coming from the exhaust manifolds and the smog pump with all its hardware and connections and still have a driveable car? No inspections necessary where I am.

Just take it all out, it can be done with a wrench, pliers, etc.
Then you just gotta get some plugs from an auto parts place.
