hooker comps?

Engine: L92/LQ4 (both w/4" stroke)
Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E
Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
#1 question to be answered:
Emissions: Yes or No?
If "Yes", the Comps (assuming you're talking about the 2460's) are not a good idea. No A.I.R. fittings, no y-pipe. The 2055's (Super Comps Shorties) are a better idea.
If "No", then "maybe". The 2460's have a 3" collector but no y-pipe, so you'll have to decide how you're going to run the exhaust after the headers, which probably means a complete custom setup from collectors on back. I don't believe they have the O2 fitting either, so you'd have to put a bung on the collector to get that info to the computer.

'66 396, 9.7 CR forged TRWs, Weiand Action+, Edelbrock 1901 Q-Jet, GK 270 cam, Magnum rockers, Jacobs Omnipack, 1-3/4" Hedders & 3" Warlocks, TH400 w/TCI Sat Night Special conv & Trans-Scat shift kit, MegaShifter, 3.08 8.2" 10-bolt w/Powertrax, AMSOIL syn lubes bumper-to-bumper. Idles smooth @ 600 RPM in D. Best 15.02/95.06 @ 5800' Bandimere (corrected 13.93/102.4 @ sea level).

Wrong, look at them online and you'll see a note that they do have a location for the O2 sensor AND AIR fittings.
