How do I get rid of this stupid y-pipe rattle?

How do I get rid of this stupid y-pipe rattle?
My y-pipe rattles like crazy underneath the passenger floorboard. Is there some sort of high temp rubber or padding I can put in between it and the floorpan or anyone have any other ideas. It's about to drive me crazy.

You may have to loosen a bolt or two so it can be positioned so it will stop rattling.

I've tried repositioning it, but I can't get it far enough away from the floor pan to keep from rattling. It doesn't help that it's also welded from the cat on back.
