Best Bang for a buck

Whats the Best 'Bang' for a Buck? I want to make my Stock Trans Am have a good rumble (Stock: 305 LG4) I was going to buy a flowmaster, but I was wondering if there is something better, or any better ideas without spending a ton for headers.
