Header and Y-pipe bolt torque specs?

The instructions to my SLP headers neglected to mention what torque the header-to-head bolts should be. Also, what torque should the header-to-ypipe bolts be?
Thanx

I just tighten as hard as I can by hand. I don't think they have an exact torque spec.
