i have a 92' silverado p/u. i cut off the cats and have a true dual set up w/ 2-dual outlet flowmasters on it. is that a *** set up or will i run into problems? so far its bad ***, but i do notice that when its not warmed up,i'll give it some gas, and it will make an odd sound and not perform well. bu only when its not warmed up, doesn't happen very often...other than that, its sounds friggin bad *** and runs great. any comments and suggestions?:hail:

Exactly what is a "Casper elec. throttle response calibrator"? A device that changes the TPS signal, perhaps?
With the exhaust changes, you've created a new lean spot, possibly messed with the fuel curve calibration, and perhaps even ignition curve. Another possibility is that you've got a fuel pressure issue, either fuel filter or fuel pump, completely unrelated to the exhaust changes.
Did you do these mods before or after you talked to Jet?

yeah i think that's what the calibrator thing is. a new lean spot u say.... how could i fix that? would it affect my mpg ? it doesn't happens very often though, it only happens when the engine is stil cold and i gun it. well hopefully i can fix it, not that it really is a reocurrin problem. thx man all help and suggestions appreciated.
