Oklahoma Emissions?

This is for the OK guys here. They passed the law that says we don't have emissions checks anymore, right? If so then I am planning on running a dual exhaust or custom x-pipe (from Dr. Gas Synchronizing Crossover Kits) but with no cats. Can I do this? Will the cops be pulling me over all the time if it sounds too loud? Also, what kind of gains will we be talking about? Miniscule or will I really feel it? I plan on dropping in a 383 once I get to start working on it. Thnks, guys.

Man, Ive been driving my Formula around for about 4yrs without a cat, air pump, or any of that smog stuff. I live in Stillwater and the cops are insane around here. Im sure you will have no problems in Tulsa.
