Is this possible?

Would it be possible to modify the y pipe for the hooker 2055 headers so they will work with the 2460 hooker headers?

I was thinking about welding a 3 bolt flange onto the connectors on the y pipe so they would hook directly up to the comp headers. You think this would work?

What I'm really wondering is if the 2460 collectors would line up in the same place as the 2055 collectors so that the y pipe would line up in the right place?
