I was wondering if our cars should use a two way or a three way converter. I am about to call randium tec and get a 3.5" converter.

Third gens use a 3-way cat with air injection between the bricks.

When I got my car the cat was deleated so I don't know what type I need. My headers have air tubes in the headers,so do I need the type of cat with the air injection or not.

If you want to be 100% emissions-compliant, yes. You need the tube from the PEDES (AIR diverter) valve and a 3-way with AIR tube. However, I've heard of people who pull the AIR pump and associated equipment off just running a 3-way no AIR tube (some even with 3-way but a crimped AIR tube) cat with no adverse effects.
