Hooker long tube question

Did anyone have a problem sliding the #7 (I Think, I havent took them out of the box in months) collector tube into the rest of the header? Basically either the driver side or passenger side header is two pieces, did anyone have a problem with sliding them into place to become one? I'll post pics when I hve time if needed, thanks!
