hey guys,

I have a 84 Z-28 and was wondering if i could put dual exhaust on my car.If so i am planning on putting on a set of WARLOCK mufflers.I am going to be using HOOKER COMP. HEADERs.If not then i will either go with this new company called raVin or a spin tech muffler. Any input would be appreciated.

Yes, u can put Dual Exaust on your car, search this topic for dual exaust because there have been alot of informative posts on this!!

If you go the route of Spin Tech mufflers... you can cram them into a fairly small space. Plus they sounds good

 

If you are looking for some GREAT info on how to design the system, read Hot Rod, Oct 2000. They have a awsome artical on exhaust. I thought I knew something about exhaust b4 I read this, ha ha nope.

go with spin tech pro streets 4x6x12, they are street mufflers, but some people race with them (see spin tech site, www.spintechmufflers.com)

 

Go up to the post that reads exhaust further up on the board. I gave a link to the pics of my car w/ 3" dual exh. It is for sale for $350 from the headers on back...and has no clearance problems. Click the link to see the pics, and email me if you have any other questions and/or are interested.
