Hooker Cat-Back or Flowmaster???

Ok guys, I'm having trouble deciding which brand i want to go with. I have heard nothing but good things from the Hooker Cat-Back, but i'm just not sure. Which do you guys think would be the best at making a low rumble at idle, and really turning some heads when you get on it. I have an 89 Firebird Formula, 350 5.7L TPI, so also what would be better for this setup? Thanks a lot guys, your a big help!

The Hooker is just awesome, nice rumble at idle but when you get on it, definately a head turner. There are sound clips of the Hooker somewhere on here. Plus I like the looks of the tips on the Hooker. And the Hooker is cheaper.

Another vote for the Hooker here... the low rumble - loud roar is exactly how I would describe it. On second thought, get anything but the Hooker, I don't want everyone elses car sounding as good as mine.

I feel the same way, but I want to answer people honestly. There is a Camaro in my hometown an RS that just got the Hooker cat-back, mine and his are the only ones I've seen with it. I wanted to be the only one.

Hey thanks guys! I was already leaning more toward the Hooker Cat-Back, but i just wanted opinions. I have not heard of a single complaint about it. Anyways, sorry to copy you, but I need a good exhaust too, lol!
Thanks again guys for your help!

ummm.. just so you know, that after I upgraded my heads/cam/intake/headers, my flowmaster sounded A LOT different than what it was before when it was stock.

I've gotten a lot of compliments about my exhaust note where people have said that it sounds like the car definately has some ***** in it. Also, when I floor it, I've gotten comments about "what did you do to your motor? Most V8's don't sound like that".

I've heard the Hooker exhaust, but not long enough for me to make a decision on it (only heard it when some guy was pulling into a parking space).

BUT, the main point I'm trying to make is that one might not sound as good as the other, but once you start doing stuff to your car, it's a whole different ball game (in my opinion)..
