Rustoleum satin black b-b-q grille high-temp paint. Painted my iroc muffler and tailpipes withit...looks great. Won't rust or peel from heat.

While painting your I-pipe or muffler w/high temp paint is fine & dandy, your headers get much much more hot than that & will bake damm near any spray bomb high temp paint right off (just like that preserving paint they put on headers when you get them)

If you want a cheap alternative (because you're not in the mood to tip over a bank) to JetHot, try looking into something from Techline

http://www.techlinecoatings.com/

JEGS & Summit carry their product. I've had Cermakrome on my headers for 3yrs & running now w/o any rust problems (except where I missed spraying it in a few tight places)

Cermakrome can buff out to a high shine like JetHot w/the exception it's $28 (or somewhere close to that) a bottle & your time to make them look as nice as you want as opposed to $200ish for a JetHot coating. It's your cash,, use it wisely.
