Help me select new exhaust system

Ok, i Have a 91 RS, 305 TBI, bone stock, i want a new exhaust system, i want something that will give me the HP gain and better gas mileage, i dont mind the loudness on the outside, but i dont want somethin that gonna **** me off while im tryin to talk to people in the car ya know? any suggestions, we replacin everything from headers on back.

Extremely quiet cruising in OD, above 2500 rpms or going to WOT you definately notice it. I'd say it sounds just like a stock system while cruising, maybe a touch louder.

I like my American Thunder Cat Back system, some exhaust systems produce a very hollow tone which I dislike. Mine produces a low rumble kinda like a subwoofer hitting very low for a long period of time.

You can purchase all the tubing in mandrel bent 3" dynomax exhaust pipe, tails and all. I went with a Carsound 3" cat and the flowmaster amercan thunder 3" in Dual 3" out. Pick out your own personal choice of exhaust tips and be in a sweet exhaust system for a decent price.
