Pacesetter 1 5/8 primary headers?

Pacesetter 1 5/8 primary headers?
Has anyone used these? I just bought a set and am wondering what I will be up against installing them. Will then fit to my stock Catalytic converter?
They are Pacesetter headers with 1 5/8 primaries and 2 1/2 collecters.
