custom 3" y pipe fabricated, o2 bung will be welded into the begining of the y pipe.

i will be then clamping or welding (which is preffered?) a CATCO Universal, 6900 series, 3 in. diameter slip fit inlet and outlet, stainless steel, catalytic converter.

then a custom 3" I pipe will be installed going back into a hooker aero chamber muffler.

how does that all sound to you? will that cat give me the flow im looking for?

finally, on my header gaskets, i will be using copper gaskets, do i put gasket sealer on the gaskets when installing them? responses would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
