I was just wondering where i can get some long tube headers that could pass california's smog test????

You can't.
If you want long tubes with A.I.R. fittings, give Hooker or Hedman a call. They will probably set them up for you on a special order basis. You need the O2 fitting, too.
They will not have the CARB EO badge on them, though. The company won't stand behind them, and whether the inspector gives them a pass is up to the inspector.
Hooker 2055's would not be a problem. Why do you think you need LTs?

Well doesn't longer tubes mean more horsepower right?? If not then I will get shorties.

In California I had to go to a "Test Only" station for my 1989 Trans Am. It is the 1 5/8" SLP headers. He wanted to know the CARB number for the headers. I failed until I produced the number. Fortunetely I was able to get it an pass. Allen

Hooker 2055's have the CARB number on a tag welded onto the #1 primary tube.
