I recently had to get hangers put on by an exhaust shop. I noticed when I got home that the converter the pipe on each side of it hang down quite a bit, you can see it clearly standing 15ft or so from the side of the car. I tried pushing it up be hand but it's like a rock.

Could I torch the area around it and bend or should I do this another way?? Thanks for suggestion
