Single muffler, dual mufflers
Wondering if effets sound or performance running two Flow Master 40 verses one with 3" inlet and dual 2.5 " outlets?

I run a single Delta force 3" 40 series, i prefer the sound over the raspy 80 at least on my car, i heard it on others and sounded good. The single in single out(40), flows a little better than the crossflow muffler (80)
sound the 40 should be louder, key word should.

I had a single 40 series on my '92 Formula 350.. 2.75" inlet and dual 2.5" outlets. Sounded very nice, but not loud enough for me. Couldn't even hear the exhaust at WOT. That was with gutted cats, too.
I went with a single 3" glasspack dumped just before the rear axle......sounds nice and was only a tick too quite.
