Test pipe sizing please help
Looking to hack off the cats on my 91 GTA its a Dual cat car. What size of pipe should go in replace of the stock cats. 2.25 I.D pipe or is it a 2.5 I.D pipe. And what length. Tried doing a search already with no results

can this number be confirmed?
D(iameter)=C(ircumference)/Pi(3.1416).
Use a piece of string (or something flexible) & wrap it around the pipe. Take note of the length where the string overlaps (point A to B) when wrapped around the pipe. Measure between the two points & use above equation.

I'll confirm it for you, but may be Sunday before I can do it (got a kid graduating from college this weekend and got relatives, friends, and in-laws crawling all over the place right now......)
