now that i found out that my long tubes dont fit. fing pissed. I have to find a different way around this

Great, sell them to me. What kind are they? With the usual brands of Hooker and Hedman, modifications are simple.

Check the duals photos in the "Important/Useful Information" stickies at the top of the forum.

At least some that had photos available at one time used shorties. 10 years ago, my brother did an '82 V6 to V8 conversion and used shorties with a dual system (no emissions restrictions for him). I know he got the shorties from Summit, but I have no idea what brand they were.
