Just a note here....on the Hooker website in their FAQ's, they say DO NOT wrap headers for everyday use as the heat buildup in the headers/Y pipe can cause early cracking and stress.
Kinda bothered me to see that as I have a set of 2055's wrapped and I am experiencung exhaust leaks that I cannot find....hoping that it is NOT under the wrapping

Here's the FAQ
Should I use exhaust wrap on my Hooker Headers?
If your vehicle is being run on the street or for extended periods of time, you should never wrap headers. Exhaust wraps insulate the exhaust too much and the exhaust temperature is raised to a level that fatigues the header material causing cracks.

Oh no, the header wrap topic again.
Seriously though, wraps work really good for their purpose but for the street it's over kill and put's too much stress on the exhaust system, mainly the headers. Not long ago there was a HUGE thread on this topic that lasted forever it seemed. If it's just a strip car, go for the wrap. If it's street/strip, go for the ceramic coating. It will save you in the end.
