Need some tips on my headers

Do any of yall have any tips on how to get my header bolts to stay tight. All the bolts have lock washers on them but some of them keep coming loose. They will come loose the same day i tighten them.

Transmission: 700r4 that is breaking down

get some bolts that have the bolt in the bolt i will have to find who makes them
