Can I pass emissions? Tell me what you think
Well, I bought another car. Its got a 350 with a big cam and true dual exhaust. I bought it from a guy in new york, so I have to go to emissions because its an out of state title. If I run this can I pass?
- True Dual Exhaust with Brand New Cats
-No Smog Pump
-650cfm Edelbrock Carb
With just the cats, is it possible for me to pass?

Technically, they could nail you for any one of the 3 things you listed if they do inspection, but if its in good tune and they only do a sniffer test, then I don't see why you couldn't pass.

Id put an air pump back on it. Also, what are the specs on the cam? BTW, there is no such thing as a 650 Edelbrock.

my 84 TA passed without the smog pump and the original cat....it had better #'s than the new cars at the dealership i worked at
