SLP Exhaust

Anyone have the SLP 3rd Gen exhaust system? The dual outlet pipes on 1 side of the car.

I do, and I love it. It's quiet at idle, throaty when you're on the gas. I'd show pictures but alas, I have none. But seriously, it looks pretty good, and sounds great.

SLP EXHAUST

I just received mine today and had it installed on my 91 camaro Z28 . Don't waste your time or your money. I will be sending it back tomorrow. I had a terrible experience with thunderracing who I bought the system from. They want me to pay to ship it back and pay a restocking fee even though their stupid web site has a picture of a different system all together. Anyway I'm off subject. The system only sounds good sitting at a stop revving the engine. Driving down the road with windows down you can't even hardly hear any difference. Performance wise I don't notice anything special. Anyway just my opinion.

It's really hard to say. I did the full exhaust at one time. Hooker headers, performance cat, cut out, cat-back. I also upgraded the ignition, pistons, the TPI, and the rearend. I did notice a big jump from before all of this, but I'm not sure what had to most impact.

As far as the sound, I think it just depends on what you have under the hood. I've got a beast under mine, it sounds pretty damn good all the way from idle to WOT. And even better when the cutout is open.
