They dont fit, either of them.

I decided to put the headers on the camaro, both of these sets I did have on my bird with no problems, sliped right in both installed in less then an hour. H-2055's and flowgarbage 14XXXX somthing.

I tired to put the hookers on fisrt drivers side fit perfect passenger side would not bolt to the head it was bound up between the frame about a 1/4in away from bolting on the head. After 2 hours I pulled the flowtechs out and figured these might bolt in a little better. Same problem on the passenger side.

Got any suggestions before I bolt the stock manifolds back on? Ive heard bad motor mounts could cause this but I looked at the mounts a month ago when the engine was out, they looked fine to me.

yeah.. check your motor mounts and make sure they are not bad. there should not be a difference between the mounting of them on the bird and camaro.

I worked on this last night, Ive been in a real bad mood all today because of problems. I was supposed to have a new 3in system installed today guess it will have to be next week.

I'm going to work on in tomorrow hopefully everything will slide right in when the engine is lifted up a bit, might as well replace the motor mounts while I'm at it just to be sure.

Well instead of doing work at work I messed with the camaro.

Replaced both motor mounts, still hitting the fuel lines. I moved to fuel line out of the way and it went in but very tight fit. I think the car might have a tweaked frame but I cant see any sign of damage or repair. I'm going to take the headder off again and make some extra clearance. Also decided since this is such a pain in the butt I better break down and get some aluminum gaskets cause I aint doing this dance again any time soon.

Let us know what the problem is when you find out. My 2055s would not fit on the passenger side either. I ground the heck out of the collector flange and my lower a-arm mount, only to find out the ypipe didn't match up to both header collectors. So I put the flowtechs back on.

Well never figured it out. I replaced the mounts then test fit the 2055's. They fit but dang it was close to the frame, I hit the frame with the air hammer and gave it some more room. Then I put the aluminum gasket on, big mistake all the room I gained from pounding was lost. So I went back to the FT's and they fit a bit better with the good gaskets so thats where I'm leaving it, had enough crap for a few days. It's a 305 so these are fine. I'm just going to have the muffler shop make a new Y pipe the dumps into a 3in pipe where the cat was. That should do alot better then the flowtech Y pipe.

I can just imagine all the fun I'm going to have fitting the BBC swap headers into the firebird.
