Hi guys,
The usual exhaust question there, I want to change my headers cause i have the Hookers LT's and I got ground clearance problems, I live in northern Quebec, Canada and the road there are not really suitable for a exhaust setup like mine.

Like i said, my setup was hooker LT's with the Mufflex Y-pipe and 3.5inch catback with single tail pipe Spintech Muffler. I was using Competition Engineering SFC.

Right now I'm thinking of switching to SLP Shortly Headers with the 2.25inch y pipe. What I'm thinking, is to change my SFC to the one that they sell at Top Down Solution, the bolt-on one that give enought room to the y-pipe. But I don't want to collect into the 3'' that the y-pipe have, I want to cut the collector and continue two 2.25'' pipe and collect them directly into my 3.5inch catback.

But between my headers and catback, it's gonna be 2.25'' dual pipe. I want to know if it's gonna be enought cause my engine is the GMPP 350 HO Deluxe 330hp 380tq. I won't use any cathalytic converter cause in quebec, u dont need them for old car like mine.

They'll flow adeqately to support that engine.

Have you considered the Hedman shorties for dual cats? They'd be less expensive.

I think I'm gonna go with SLP shorties cause I can't find any pictures of the Hookers 2055 and their Y-pipe, I don't want to have any bad surprise if I order them.

Do u guys have any pictures of the Hookers 2055 shorties and their Y-pipe?

And can someone give the comparaison of Dual 2.25'' pipe and 3.5'' single exhaust pipe airflow.

Tanks in advance
Dave
