I'd rather see you use the hedman shorties and Y pipe. Much easier installation. Thats my setup with Flowmaster and all. GREAT TONE!!! not to loud.

The hooker shorties (#2055) are probably the best shorty headers you can buy for our cars. LT's will flow better etc etc but you would need to weld up an exhaust system. I guess you can't really go wrong with a flowmaster system. That would be a pretty sweet sounding exhaust.

if you run the crossflow flowmaster it will drone. if you don't run a crossflow it won't drone as bad.

I have had 80 series crosflow and 50 series single. the normal 3 chamber had less drone than the magnaflow crossflow I have now. the 80 series had more drone than the magnaflow.

the 50 series had no drone even no cat. that is 3 chamber muffer instead of 2 though.

I like the slp headers alot better than the hookers but they are $$$$$. If you like loud the 80 series may be your taste I did not like the drone. I prefferd the borla to anthing I have had to date. the kit fit like crap and I hated the dual tips but the sound was awesome. I am thinking in hindsight a loundmouth exhaust with a borla xr-1 in the I pipe would have been my best bet.
