Catalytic Converter
just wondering if you guys think i could pass emissions with my 91 rs tbi if i just hacked off the cat and replaced it with just pipe, or pulled my cat off and hollowed it out

I prefer the sound of no cat, mine is hollowed (by previous owner), and I dislike it...
If you can, chop and straight pipe it.
