What can I do to fix this

I just put my headers back on after I cut the air tubes off. I have a leak in the same place now that i had before, on the middle port on the passenger side, i replaced the gasket and that didn't work. I think that my flange might be warped or bent letting it leak. what can i do to fix this besides getting new headers?. is there anything I can put on the leaking area that will stop the leak? any help appriciated

bring it to an exhaust shop and they can put the flange on a belt sander to even it out

that or a machine shop to have it trued with all of them on their CNC machines or whatever else they use.

You could also probably get some new gaskets and then use ultra copper RTV on both sides of the gasket and slap it on. That will seal up and withstand the temps, but its really only a temporary fix until you can get the header flanges trued. Best way is to do it right the first time and never have to do it again.
