4th gen performance "stock" muffler?
A couple years ago I got given a muffler from a 4th gen owner who said it was stock. I want to say he said it was an SS camaro muffler but in any case I wanted to know if it would fit on a 3rd gen.
I also want to know if it's rare to have a 3" in dual 3" out. I was under the impression that the largest factory exhaust (including SS's) was dual 2.5" out.
I can get pictures if needed.
Oh, and it's never been used new in box.

No stock 4th gen V8 muffler had dual 3" out. All stock V8 4th gens (non-SLP optioned) had 2.75" piping in, dual 2.5" piping out.
SLP cars had the 2otl catback.
Gimme a picture and I'll see if I can ID it for you.
