SLP Header Collector Doughnut Gasket Part Number

So I am having to replace this yet again, and the gaskets I ordered from SLP got lost/mis[placed/thrown out/who knows. So I was left scrambling for them again. This time I took the Y pipe down to pep boys to find a match.

Obviously, having a part number would have made my life so much easier since all the auto parts stores can only search by vehicle make/model (ha!) or part number. So for the next time I get super frustrated by not having the gasket, or for someone else, here is the fel-pro part number for this stupid show stopper.

I replaced all my header gaskets with FelPro's too those SLP Parts are POS. I can't believe SLP supplies the kind of garbage we got with their headers. The entire installation kit was junk. If I were to do it again I would do the Hooker kit. Much better fit.
