so yeah as stated.. exhaust to loud..
i have 2 1/2 pipe coming off headmen headers on my 350. with dynomax billets 16"long by 4" around. there right befor the rear axle. its just to loud but i gess i kinda like the sound i just need to tone it down...

the reson i picked these mufflers is couse of the limited space under the car... but i was just wondering if u guys think that if i got another set of these "4 mufflers on one car" and put them behind the axle and have the exhust come out the back like its spos too.. would that quite it down much???

i am so sick of the noise and im sure the people in town are too...

 

Bullet mufflers = straight through.....no muffling
No tailpipes = loud car
Put some full tails out to the rear of the car......that will calm it down some, but those mufflers will always be louder than most

 

I agree with the above but I will also add that a dynomax ultraflo will flow as good as those bullets and sound about the same but will be quieter.

 

i would either just get another exhaust with real mufflers or put in sound reducing inserts into the piping..

car chemistry and dynatech sell sound reducers.. only car chemistry sells 2.5" ones though..

 

I have true dual 3" and my magnaflows have a great tone and are about as loud as my edelbrock cat back. I strongly recommend them.
