soon im takin the cat of my car but theres this one pipe that goes in to the car.wut is it.and wut do it do wit it

It's a tube from the air pump. It pumps fresh air into the cat. You can leave it disconnected if your going to remove the cat.

You might want to figure out a way to make it so it's not just dangling there though...it's not going to fall down and drag or anything, but I'd be uncomfortable just letting it hang there.
