exhaust setup help
im in need of some suggestions.
i got a 305 v8 engine in my camaro.
i need to have a safty inspection done on it before i can drive it.
they said i need a muffler on there cuz it doesnt have one.
anyways,
the pipe after the CAT. to where the muffler would go is all rusty, and holes all over.
i was thinking
of taking the CAT. off.
(i dont have aircare where i live)
and insted of having the pipe go all the way to the back.
just have it shoot off from the side. of the car insted? just before the rear wheels? well the passenger side anyways.
im trying to find the cheapest way in doing my exhaust. i dont have alot of money and i just wanna get my car back on the road as fast as possible.
will my car pass inspection with that kind of setup or does the exhaust have to exit from the rear of the car?
