Exhuast tip ideas

Getting my exhuast totally redone in 3'' front to back with a new magnaflow muffler but I was looking for some tip ideas. I was originally going to just throw some chrome 3 inch slant cut tubes on but was looking for some other ideas so if you have some pics post em up, thanks

Re: Exhuast tip ideas

Chrome tips generally don't hold up that well, and most of them are rusty within a couple of months. Stainless steel tips are what i've got on my car and don't have any rust on them yet,but my car isn't driven in winter.

I also like the idea of hidden turn downs at the back bumper, similar to the stock dual setup.

here's mine(crappy pic)

Re: Exhuast tip ideas

Love the second gen tips but I think thats where they belong, I don't think they would go with the newer style and to make them look right on a 3rd gen they would have to be in the same spot as the 2nd gens and I don't think you can move the exhuast out that far to the edges...maybe you can tho? I like the idea of hiding the tips (kinda turn down style) but I have had that set up before on my lowered truck and they kick up all the dust and stuff and get the back bumper and taillights dirty. If anyones got some more pics, I'd love to see them.
