Identifying A Mufflex Muffler

Previous owner of my Camaro claimed I had a 4" Mufflex exhaust system in the car... though most of the piping was custom. Well, I cut out the exhaust two weeks ago to make room for the suspension parts and ended up putting in a new exhaust setup(just got car back 10 minutes ago, 2.5" True Duals). To be honest, I think the Mufflex sounded more aggressive than the Bullets do.

Now that I have the old muffler in hand, I was gonna put it up for sale as a few people have shown interested in it. Here's the thing I'm curious about. I went out to take pictures of the muffler and found that it says 'Flowmaster' across it. The Muffler is a 4" in/out and is pretty darn big... and I know Mufflex owns/works for Flowmaster so I'm curious as to if Mufflex does stamp their name on the products or just the Flowmaster name.

I can't find a Part Number, just a Patent number. I took a few pictures. If you have any information, let me know. BTW: If your interested in buying, all I kept of the original exhaust was the Muffler(4" in/out), the tail pipe, and the 4" pipe that wraps up around the rear axle.

Mufflex is just an exhaust shop in Trenton N.J.they have made a name for themselves is all. They don't do anything yer local shop cant do and they don't actually make mufflers, just muffler systems then sell them on the net at a way inflated price.

So technically, I do have a Mufflex system. Even on Mufflex site they mention they work with Flowmaster.
